Returns and shipping 

​Stocked items are shipped within 2-3 days, unless we are overwhelmed with orders or on holiday.  Pre-ordered items will be fulfilled within 1 week of ordering.  Please ensure you place your order well ahead of time needed.  We will do our best on rush shipments, but cannot guarantee urgent fulfilment or delivery by courier. 

 

All shipped items are done so by courier service. We are unable to delivery to P.O. Box addresses.  Deliveries are usually within 2-3 business days, but events outside of our control, such as weather related incidents, could increase delivery time.  Rural delivery may add 1-2 additional days to estimated delivery.  We endeavour to keep you updated via email or text re: time of shipment and delivery estimates.  At this time, we do not ship outside of New Zealand on a regular basis, so please contact us if this is a requirement.  All orders must ship to one address.  In other words, one order cannot have multiple shipping points.  Please place separate orders for each address. 

Tex-As Salsas Ltd  will not be held liable for any delays in delivery or misrouted parcels due to customer errors. Please make sure to double-check all information entered on checkout.  If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address or details, or haven't received your order within 7 business days, please send an email to kari@tex-as.co.nz and we’ll do our best to help you.

We recommend orders of Verde Drizz be delivered or picked up in person, especially during warmer seasons.  Verde Drizz orders are packaged in an insulated box with ice and shipped early in the week, preferably Monday or Tuesday. All Verde Drizz orders are shipped at customer's risk.

 

All sales are final. We understand you might change your mind. Your satisfaction matters to us, however, we only issue refunds for damaged, lost or faulty products. Refunds are processed immediately upon courier and/or customer notification and proof of damaged or faulty items, unless customer requests a replacement product.

Replacement Policies

If you’ve received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must contact us within 72h of having received your order.

 

We will only offer free replacements in the following cases:

  • Faulty items i.e. damaged, broken. Please send a photo with proof of damage.

  • Parcel lost in transit (please allow a maximum 25 days in extreme cases)

  • Please make sure you are requesting such replacement within 72h of receiving your parcel, we will not accept later requests.

 

If the parcel is not received within 25 working days after the order being shipped you will be entitled to a full refund, rather than a replacement order. Should the parcel arrive after 25 days and you have received a refund, a return label will be issued so that you can send the items back to Tex-As Salsas Ltd.
