Order Process
The customer may order products from Tex-As Salsas Ltd by completing and submitting the checkout process on the company website. The customer may purchase items for their own consumption and not for resale. Please contact us directly for wholesale trade. Tex-As Salsas Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The customer must provide all required information, ensuring it is correct, or the seller may not be able to process the buyer's order. All items are sold in New Zealand dollar currency and do not have GST added, as we are not a GST registered entity.   At this time, we accept cash or EFTPOS for in-person transactions, and bank transfers for online orders.

Shipping
Please see shipping policy.

Delivery

The customer may specify delivery instructions for an order (for example, the buyer may authorise the delivery agent to leave the products in a specified location if the buyer will not be at the delivery address). The seller will not be responsible for any order that is delivered in accordance with the customer’s delivery instructions.

Availability and Cancellation
All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, Tex-As Salsas Ltd will endeavour to ensure stock levels are up to date on the website.  Tex-As Salsas Ltd may revise the range of products or the specification of any product at any time and without notice to the customer.

Cancellation of Orders
Where products are listed on Tex-As Salsas Ltd's website with incorrect information (i.e, price, quantity), Tex-As Salsas Ltd reserves the right to cancel the customers order (regardless of whether the customer has made payment for that order). Where the customer has already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by Tex-As Salsas Ltd, the customer will be notified and a refund will be made for the amount paid in relation to that order.

Should a customer pre-order a product and pay, but later change their mind, a refund will not be given, as the item(s) were made to order and not part of the normal stock range.

Return of Goods for Credit or Refund Goods

Please refer to the returns policy to see what is covered.
