With tomatillos (similar to a cape gooseberry) as a base, you can experience a Tex-Mex staple. This salsa will complete any chicken or pork-based dish, along with the usual suspects – eggs, nachos, tacos. Mix with an avocado and plain yoghurt, and you will have a banging dip.
